importance of the member directory
not enough people are taking the member directory seriously. but aside from the face claim, it's the most important sign-up on the site. we need to know who plays who. we don't require a list of accounts on the away notice form because we expect you to be updated in the directory. so if you have an away notice up but are not in the directory, then we have no idea what accounts to save for the activity checks and such, so you will NOT be cleared. in fact, we added into the current check that we will not clear you PERIOD until you are updated in the directory. so please get your butts in gear and go do that. every time you make a character or delete one, or if you're new to the site, you NEED to post in that directory. so go do it.

activity check! this one works a little different from the last one, so make sure you read the directions. we're going to be really annoyed if you make a mistake that could have easily been avoided by you reading the directions. the link is here. enjoy. (;

posting! now that we're on our feet, the staff wanted to remind you about the following rule: "you need to post once a week with each account -- but it can be any kind of post, even games." so if you haven't been posting with all your accounts, you better get started! the first activity check will be coming up soon, so make sure to be ready for it. we won't excuse accounts that were completely ignored up until the check. (; so get your character into a letter, thread, or just play games or plot. as long as you're using your accounts, you're good to go!
